Shipping & Returns

Birch Island Diesel ships three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All our smaller shipments leave via Purolator. Once your item is shipped a tracking number is made available to you and can be traced at Purolator.com Larger items such as seats are shipped via LTL Freight. LTL Freight shipments ship from Sumas WA if headed to the USA or International. Engines, Transmissions, and Seats take 3-5 business days to ship. This is due to customs and EPA clearances. Once your engine is in the carriers hands, again, you will be provided with a tracking number to trace at the shippers website.
